Which phone do i get?

Right now i have the galaxy Nexus and i really don't like it to much. I came from the Droid Bionic which i loved but when i was having data issues with the phone due to the .905 update Verizon sent me a Nexus. Now i am not sure what to do. Do i sell the Nexus and get the Bionic since the ICS update is out, or do i take an upgrade on a different line on my account and get a Razr Maxx HD? I am assuming i can get 250 or so for the Nexus.

Vzw just killed the used market on the gnex. Selling used from Vzw $230. I partially sold my gnex and moved to GS3 because of battery life. You might be dissapointed with Bionic speed after using the gnex.

If battery life is a concern I would go with the Razr Maxx. No other phone out there can touch it. If Battery life is not a concern I would go with the Galaxy S3.
