which phone should I get?

If you had the Razr and want something different, then go with the SG3. It is a very solid phone with few complaints. The people that have them have been very happy with them. When you go to the store, take a look at the Razr M. It is different enough than the Razr that you may be pleasantly surprised. Screen size is the same as the Razr but the phone size is smaller.
