I think I may have finally gotten through on Huawei's website. I have a pending $649 charge but the order status on the Huawei website doesn't show anything. I'll be watching closely.

If that's the case, welcome to not having direct access to your status.

Their chat support is very friendly & helpful & can check the status. I'm thinking I'll get ahold of them tomorrow to see if they've got an idea of when mine will ship.

I used the chat and called customer service when I was having issues the last couple days, both were good experiences, very friendly.

How long did it take you to get an email? Or did you even get an email?

I'm so ready for that Nexus Imprint scanner. I have home, my watch, & truck set as trusted on this Note 4. We're at the in-laws & I didn't wear my watch.

I thought the scanner was pretty good on this thing until I've had to swipe over the home button every time I've picked my phone up this evening, almost always multiple times.

Huawei support still has no exact ship date for me. Contacted them again this morning. Still giving the canned "devices will ship early November. We'll email you with tracking info when it ships."

Solid reviews all around, for the most part.

Battery won't win any awards, but should last the day, at lest.
Camera isn't the best in the world, but can compete with others that have been labeled the best.
Doesn't get too hot with that 810.
Fingerprint scanner is FAST.

I've only seen one or two reviews that said that the power button was a bit too easy to push for their liking.

Can't remember if it was DL or AP that said they felt like they were starting to see some burn in where the home/back/recent buttons were. That's kinda sad. Hoping they just got a bad display in their review model. I haven't really seen anyone else mention that concern with this device.

That's my only concern at this point, otherwise everything else checks out for me.

Side note, I might go pick up the Huawei Watch at Best Buy and test it out with the 360. Then I'll just return whichever one I don't like. I'm not a huge fan of LCD displays so I'm wondering if I'll be happier with the Huatch.
