mikespe, here is my theme, its "Black Market". There is a pic a few posts up. If you currently have a WORKING market, you can install this right over it in UD 2.5, I just did it a few hours ago...

Also, in you app drawer, look for Black Market...

Did you flash a backup to when your market was working and it is now FC?

You could try flashing UD2.5.0 again without wiping and see if that fixes.

OK, good news first.... this does work and will work once you get a working market.... now the bad news... now that market is screwed up, the only way to get it back working is to flash back to before you did anything with market, even if that means you have to reflash your rom.... once you have done that, verify that your market is working.... then you should be able to flash any one of the 2.2.7 theme versions.... it's a big pain, but unfortunately, it's the only way to work.....

Someone please give me a copy of the STOCK browser...not this 2.2.7...I need to get this back working. it is crashing my system left and right.

Could someone please help me get the peppermint market updated from 2.2.6 to the newer 2.2.7 version. I can do all the hdpi's. But I haven't learned xml's yet. Cakes is going to teach me after Christmas.:icon_eek:

LA I can give it a shot. Don't know how well it'll turn out. Do you have a version with your .pngs in it already?

Figure i'd just use your old one as a guide

No stock as is FACTORY stock...before 2.2.6...before this thread was created

Not yet. Have all my tools ready to go. Just waiting for my lessons, lol.

I didn't have too many in my theme. Team Fusion helped me as this is my first theme.

Mikespe, I hate to tell you this but the only way to fix this is to flash back before it got messed up.... market works along with other apps and now that they don't "match up" it doesn't matter what you install, it won't work....

You will have to reflash the rom, did you make a backup before you tried to install the new market?

Everytime I try to go top My Apps it force closes...IS there a way to fix this without reflashing? Can I delete files from the system? clear cache? ANYTHING? There HAS to be a way to fix it without reflashing. I mean if we can install the newer version without reflashing a rom then we can reinstall the old version
