I figured it was cause the dude was using an EVO so I stuck the apk in a D1 template and installed it. It installs fine but only shows up in the system/app folder. I tried applying my theme over it since it included vending.apk (after I deleted the on from here) but it did the same thing. Now, I am restoring a backup.......... and I'm good. Just have to change a few things to make it up to date.

It was 2.2.10 trust me. They weer both there at the same time the first time because it somehow got renamed. So I deleted both my markets and installed 2.2.10. Didn't work. I went into application manager and checked the version... 2.2.10. SO I tried deleting it and putting my 2.2.7 back on. Installed but wouldn't work. checked the version 2.2.7. So I did a nandroid restore and it's 2.2.7 and its working again.
Here's a blue/themed semi-inverted (used some gray instead of all black
) Market_v2.2.10...This is only for Gingerbread or GB based Froyo ROMs, which have GB G/apps installed...

others can create different color themes of this for those that want other colors, but if someone doesn't make your color, let me know and I can get it to that color for you...

Here's a slightly different take on the 2.2.7 inverted Market for those of us without the Gingerbread Gapps. I've taken Tallica's original mishmash (from post #479 in this thread, I think, which was based on Mojo-Droid's BlackNBold remake and ecsnead69's DarkSide and has some RedmanX Urban theme and Watermark'd images) and substituted in some additional images that I like. The icon I used for the Market launcher is attached so you can see what it looks like.
