Wow... I would have suggested lookout for security purposes. However now you might want to carefully review all Apps. What Apps did you have? did you have a remote login app on a computer or something?

The Verizon rep that did my factory reset said she needed my accrue info to do it. I gave it but changed my gmail password as soon as I got home.

Has anyone worked on your phone?
