Who Keeps Up With Their Steps On Their Pedometer?

Maybe, but do keep at it! Walking does WONDERS if you make it a regular part of your routine.

Note 4
Agreed. If nothing else when I walk and have conversations with myself I don't get stared at.
I actually enjoy cycling more than walking. Walking is just something I do to keep my spirits and heart rate up and weight down .

I am now in the top quarter million registered S Health users worldwide and top 25k for over the hill aged users world wide.
Either I'm walking a lot more than I used to or there's a whole bunch of folks that registering for S Health is about as far as they got into improving their health.
Since November my average resting heart rate has dropped down to 70bpm from 73 when I started. I haven't lost much weight (209 from 210), my bp is still about the same, dropping only a couple of points to 71 bottom number from 73, but it's all heading in the right direction and with Mr Freeze moving back north I should be able to increase the number of days I can get a good walk in besides at work.

Over 1 thousand miles, over 2 million steps in just under 6 months.
I think I'll celebrate with a brownie.
