I also heard that the AT&T S5 update added a white background to the app drawer. Small issue, but not my preference.

The Lollipop App drawer is white. For all phones. Not just an ATT/S5 thing.
It doesn't look nearly as bad as I thought it would.

(none of those 7 reasons are deal breakers for me...not even a little)
