It's interesting that I've suffered none of the travails since upgrading my phone. It could be I had messed up the stock rom slot in safestrap so bad ( I missed the boootloader unlock first time around) that I had to completely wipe the phone clean & start over from scratch. All the wifi, bluetooth, battery, volume issues I read about on xda have not affected me.
Don't get me wrong, I still love the phone, but Moto royally screwed us with KK. People everywhere are complaining about it. They SHOULD have left this phone on JB.
The Ultra which replaced our phone has none of these problems. And is a GREAT phone BTW Jimmy...
Of course, that will be replaced in a month or so.
Lots of great Droid phones coming from Moto here soon...
Why don't you all stop buying "Droid" branded Verizon phones and get a device like the MotoX? KK on my X is great and I'm getting Android L too. Motorola isn't your problem Verizon is.

Hey, anyone catch the news on the iPhone 6? I forgot, someone told me my iPad 2's would not be able to upgrade to iOS8.... and there would not be widgets... I was right!!!

I don't think anyone said "iOS8 wouldn't be available for the iPad2".
And iPhones "Widgets", if you can really call them that, still pale compared to Android. You can put "Widgets" in the Notification tray. Lame....
I thought Motorola announced that 4.4.2 would be the last OS version for the 2012 Droid line? Maybe new system version updates...but nothing past 4.4.2.
