Wifi and Data issues

I've noticed that the switch from wifi data to mobile data isn't exactly seamless. If I use wifi for an extended period of time then turn it off, mobile data won't appear unless I restart my phone.

Anyone else having this problem?

On all my phones it typically takes a few seconds for mobile data to kick back in, but I never had to restart my RAZR to get it back.

Wow, a reboot to get data is not normal .... What is your mobile network set for? (settings > more > mobile networks)

LTE/CDMA and no roaming. Not sure why it does that.

Quick side question, anyone know where I can find the wallpaper displayed there? Doesn't come with the phone and I can't find it online anywhere.
