I use Auto WiFi Toggle and actually did a test with it and using it DEFINITELY saves battery. Used it for one week, then uninstalled for one week, probably a 5-10% difference daily. I do think the Bionic batteries are inherently bipolar though, as nobody seems to be getting similar results with anything.
