I don't like the look of a full screen because it takes away from my wallpaper which looks great. My first screen has three contact shortcuts, weather channel and Flixter arranged like a five on a dice; middle screen is arranged the same; last screen I have two columns for Amazon, Facebook YouTube, camera, browser, a favorite web page and email; the rest are in notifications because those are the ones I use with less frequency.
