Will we be able to watch Google I/O on our Droids?

Whether its through the native Android browser, YouTube application, or SkyFire? Will we be able to watch the conference on our phones? And will it matter if we only have 3G connectivity and no WiFi?

EDIT: Or even listen to is through the Google I/O application?
