Will you choose the Droid Moto Z Force over the "regular" Droid Moto Z?

You know, I thought of a great "mod"/accessory. How about a nightstand charger/clock/speaker accessory that is the back plate and gives the phone charging like a wireless charger back but without the back. In fact, a car mount could be set up the same way, so you wouldn't need to buy a wireless charging back, just drop the phone onto the charging plate of the table top accessory out magnetic car mount and you're done.

This way you can keep the phone's slim profile and at the same time never need to plug in the USB plug.

The great thing about the Mod back of the phone is that it will both "accept" Mod backs, AND will allow the Mod-free phone to be "accepted" if the accessory has the matching magnets and pins in the proper places. The more I think about this concept the more I think it's a HUGE game changer. Just wait till we see how many diverse Mod configurations come from this, especially with the bounty they're putting up for development.

This is kind of like the beginning of Android all over again, being "open source" and promoting the developer and hacker community.

I chose the Z. For no other reason than (unless I missed something in the fine print), I took advantage of the $1.99 contact renewal/upgrade through Best Buy with free JBL mod.

According to what I saw, I'll have a one-time $40 upgrade fee. As long as my monthly bill doesn't change, I'll be keeping it.

Wasn't going to get a new phone any time soon, but it seemed like a nobtrainer & my 6p has been having voice issues lately.

Looking forward to my first Moto device since the Bionic. Should be here by Tuesday according to my tracking info. (The nearest Best Buy is an hour & a half away, so I chose to have it shipped)

I have got to figure out how I can get the Z Force. I am under a payment plan for my Turbo 2 now, but would move to the Force in a heartbeat.

Had it since July. It's a great phone. The only glitch is the latest update kind of goofed up some of the volumes. The notification volume is quite low, but still usable. There is a sort of work around, but it'll have to get fixed properly with another update. Phone is fast and smooth. Fingerprint scanner is awesome. Camera is very good. Battery life is very good. I normally get 24-36 hours. No regrets. Mods are getting great reviews by folks as well.
