I wish there was a more automatic version of HoB for people who don't want to read instructions.
Honestly, it should NOT be this involved to update to a new version of ICS.
Screw up one little thing, and you have to restart from scratch (that's the impression I get from it at least)

Just took a look at the Bionic version poll... Which ICS leak Are you Running
Kinda curious why so many are waiting on 905 and 232. Using the HoB makes it trivial to keep update to the next version...
Not trivial at all, once your on the increased security leaks your off the upgrade path till the OTA, and the next leak could always up security again locking everyone into a tight corner...
That's probably wise. I'm getting it installed now and will put out a HoB installer as soon as I get it rooted and pull recovery. For those that doubt the need for recovery, someone ROYALLY f'd their phone the other day and couldn't even boot to recovery. I fixed it.
