Ive been keeping myself occupied though while I wait. GaiaOnline for Android came out today, so that is keeping me busy. Before you say anything, yes I go on Gaia. I have old friends there. xDDDD

Theoretically, should the OTA include webtop? I am still debating getting a lapdock and which one.

I am also not rushing to get the OTA, until its so easy to root i won't mess it up

Actually I thought I read somewhere on a thread that Webtop 3.0 was on ICS for the Bionic, but they removed it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Consider yourself corrected. Webtop is still there. Active development on it has ceased. It COULD be removed in a future update as they did so on one Moto phone already. But in our ICS build it'll be there.

Well, I was gonna flash 246 tonight, but thankfully the new WoW expansion came out today, and I'll probably be playing that nonstop this week, so I will be occupied enough this week that lack of ICS shouldn't bother me too much. Maybe I can be patient for another week and get OTA.

I was thinking that VZW/Moto might use "no webtop support" as a reason to never do JB on Bionic as a Bionic branded webtop device was sold and would be rendered useless to some users.
