I'm sure there is a cow or 2 in SC..but where I am on the NC coast...not so much.
However, many years back I was visiting family up in Indiana, and I cannot confirm nor deny the possibility that what you have queried may or may not have been joined in by myself or anyone who might or might not have been purported to be in my general vicinity at the time wherein any entity could have had an opportunity or ability to perpetrate the activity of Bovine axis relocation.
