Atrix 2 is AT&T, you're thinking wrong though. Moto only pushes one OTA at a time. The Atrix 2 isn't ready to push. The Bionic is. Moto could EASILY give us the Atrix 2's spot in line. It has nothing to do with carrier at this point, the ball is in Moto's court. And they're sitting on it.
From what I gather (reading the XDA forums) the Soak test failed due to battery drain issues, and that is why it hasn't been pushed. Moto is apparently still in the research phases of trying to fix it. If we are on hold because of this, it could be a LONG time before we see anything. Then again, they could push us ahead, and we could see the update ANY DAY NOW (TM).

If you are running .247 and it ends up going OTA, NOTHING will happen - at that point, you're already running the latest OTA.
Sarge, you got any peeps at Moto that can give us the skinny on Atrix 2 ICS? Can't get a straight answer anywhere, including Atrix 2 specific forums.

If you think of it when you have a chance. It seems like the timing of this update directly impacts ours, and depending on who you believe, it a) isn't ready; b) has soaked and is OTA; or c) Failed the soak test due to battery drain. It was supposed to start soaking on Sep. 25th, and go OTA approximately 3 days later - and the OTA was supposed to be 5-7 days. Seems if they had hit this mark, it would be news.
