Won't boot into recovery help

I'm rooted, running bugless beast, and have always used SPRecovery. I downloaded Clockworkmod rom manager from the market and did the 'flash clockworkmod recovery' option and am trying to boot into recover and it will stay on the Motorola batwings logo for a long time, then reboot and boot into the OS normally.

What do I need to do to get my phone to boot into recovery again, can I use RSD Lite to flash SPRecovery back on, or is there a way to get clockworkmod to come up??
Any help greatly appreciated.

In RM flash cwmr then sprecovery and back a few times and you should be fine.

sprecovery is down at the bottom "flash alternate recovery"

Okay, thanks. Yeah I kind of panicked and didn't want to do anything else until I got recovery back. Okay, trying now, I flashed SPRecovery back and was able to boot into SPRecovery, I'm going to flash CWMR again and reboot and see if it works.

Ok, when I flashed back to CWMR the same thing happened again. Should I flash back to SPRecovery again and then back and try it or is CWMR just not going to work for me?
