XT909 IS12M not booting anymore

Hi guys, I am desperately trying to solve my problem now with my XT909 IS12M Droid Razr. I tried to upgrade the android version from ICS(4.0.4) to JB(4.1.2) but failed. Now it won't boot and just stuck in a black screen with these on:

Invalid Flash Mode (S) (Boot Failure)
0A.77
eMMC Info: Size 16G
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected

Invalid CG OTV (CG: system): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: system, status: 0x0056)
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system)

Please help.

IIRC, thats a GSM model. (see here Motorola Razr XT909 Device Specifications | Handset Detection )

How did you update to Jellybean? Did you root and flash a CDMA ROM by mistake?

I'm not really familiar with any steps to take for updating Android. But I did not try to root it, I just wanted to have it updated to JB. I used the Razr Utility, and I think this is where I got confused. It said in the description that it is for XT912, and here I thought that the XT912 that was mentioned is for the 6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US. Can you please help me out to get me back on track on recovering my phone?

same with my xt909 please help..i iam also stuck on booting after i did a factory reset...
