Down in the DC MD VA area too. Since I work in a bad reception area, I use 4G sparingly, only when I really want it. Been on 3G the whole day anyway. Wouldn't have known if not for this thread.
It's been on and off all day in Eastern MA. It's a 5 bar signal but it's 3G in a full blown 4G area. Actually started acting up last night around 7:00. I though it was due to the rain. Guess I was mistaken.
