I am currently running what you are looking to achieve!-I have all the files needed to do so! First look in my signature on how to flash using odin..that is the basic procedure you will be using

I have the same phone which I'm trying to root. I find your posting very helpful but I'm having a hard time finding the nc5 kernel. I'm not one to ask others to go out of their way to help me but if you have time/want to I would like a link to the files.

I have another question. I put my phone in download mode but it isn't showing up in ODIN.

If you disable it..Will trip security, better to just uninstall if your not gonna use a recovery
