4.1.2 - 9.20.1 - Unlocked Bootloader - Root?

Is there a way to root? I've been looking all over and I can't seem to find a way to do it.

Im not 100% sure about getting root on stock, but if you haven't tried already I would try flashing the root.zip in your custom recovery.
