Backup and Restore Problems

I started using Lithium mod as soon as it came out and have loved it since. My only problem is, I can't backup or restore using clockwork mod. This presents another problem, i also can't use ROM manager to install a new rom because of the same problem. When i go to do any of these, i get an error telling me "Can't mount /dev/block/mmcbk0" Any ideas? This only happens if i start the install, restore, or backup from ROM Manager. It works fine if i boot into Clockwork and do it manually.

did u delete/reinstall CW?
