Are you rooted, unlocked? Your device compatability depends on whether or not you are rooted and unlocked. If you are, just download the ROM you want as well as the Gapps and reboot into a custom recovery, do your wipes and flash.

Did you take latest OTA update? If you did you can't unlock.

I'm sure it has the latest. Go to settings about phone and look at your build number.

Only thing i found was on cyanogenmod site said it ll only work on stock devices prior to firmware version 9.2.1
