Pop Up Ads for Games - how to get rid of them???

Anyone know how to get rid of the pop up ads for games that randomly show up on my screen when I am trying to get into it? Thanks for your help!

Get the paid version of the APP, or some free apps even still have an option in their settings to disable the ads.

Problem is, I don't know what app it's coming from? It just pops up on my main screen when I try to go into whatever program and it's ads for various games.

List the apps you have downloaded. Bet it's one of free Chinese crapware apps.

Sorry, I don't know what that means (root, point of origin).

If you root your phone you can install apps that will disable ads. I think one is called ad blocker. I think rom toolbox has that option too.

I'm rooted and use AdAway that works very well. Not sure it's available for non-root though.

The pop up ads seemed to start showing up after I downloaded one of the ones that are starred...not sure if that helps or not. Thanks!

Download airpush detector it should tell you which app is putting the ads on your device.
