I'm constantly changing my stuff, but this is my current configuration. The basics are: rooted with Liquid, Epic Blue Bold theme.

i keep trying to get no root screenshot to work, but the first step makes no sense. i cant do it. anyone use that on this phone?

I tried every non-root program I could find. Never got one to work.

I find it funny I was "Mr. Gotta-have-sense" and now I am not really using it.

Screenie is Incredible HD, Adw launcher, HD Widget, stock wallpaper.
Just came up with the idea of having the folder of contact shortcuts stuck to the dock. its freaking brilliant if i say so myself..

I love the themes that you guys are using. They look great. Here's mine. I'm using Go Launcher EX with their "Ultimate Eye-Phone" theme (free version) with wallpaper from the DF galleries. I like keeping the home screen simple and clean. And there is two of my phone using GO Contacts EX and the "Ultimate Bionic" theme too.

I have gone back to stock. I switch between a few launchers. Here's my HTC Launcher home screen.
Using Nexus Rain LWP and HD Widgets. LOVE HD Widgets...
