As others have said I have always had excellent service from Verizon's customer service folks over the last 17 years. They have always been helpful and professional; even upgraded my wife's phone once like Pere is getting. Now....the folks in my local store, not so much. Just had a rep get pissy with me because I didn't want tempered glass screen protector's.... For a phone with a shatterproof screen????

I had 1 horrible experience with them and I just haven't been able to recover from it. In the end they made it a little "OK" but I feel it should have never been that bad. Every other experience short of the bad update on my Note 4 has indeed been very pleasant. They replaced a few Thunderbolts I had charger issues with overnight.

Note 4tified

Just remember kids....crack is bad. Sorry Pere....had to say it. I'm surprised it took so long with the thread title.

THAT'S crazy. She's trying to nail down her commission.

I just called verizon and they said there is no free replacement for cracked screen. They said it would be $100

It's a Motorola warranty...not VZW. Contact Moto.

Jeezus H.... I'm happy for you BUT...... I just went around and around with this very issue. Verizon sent me Four(4) "like-new" replacements and swore there is no such thing as a "3 strike rule.!!!!

WTF!

No 3 Strikes clause? That's BS. That's how I got my free upgrade.
