[ROM] Factory Bionic Stock ROM ICS 4.0.4

Okay, Im sorry to be of trouble one more time... but Im seriously confused about something regarding the internal Storage. Since I kinda understand how to install the roms, I wanted to start with a clean slate one more time, so I did a fast boot using RSDLite. Remember how I was saying that I had an enternal memory of 16gb? and that out of that only 2.something remained? well after fast bootiing, the phone was still plugged in and as usual the computer automatically recognized both the internal (or what I assume is the internal storage) and the external SD card.
Here is what the phone shows as remaining of the Internal Storage and then what the Computer shows as the internal storage remaining.
As you can see, the phone shows a total internal storage of 16GB with only 3.66gb remaining.
But the computer recognizes the total internal storage being 8GB with pretty much 8gb remaining.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas why the discrepancy? Did I do something else wrong?

Yes, 3.66gb for APPS. If you scroll down further you'll see internal/SD (mnt/sdcard) with the rest of your storage space for music, pics, etc. That is the remainder of your internal 16gb (which is about 8gb).

So the rom slots i install... are those installed using the 3.66 or the 8? I assume the 8 since theres 4 1gb slots that can be created. But id appreciate confirmation, or correction/clarification. Sry again for the trouble.

The rom slots will use the 8gb portion, that is your internal memory where the slots are stored. Safe strap does not use the external micro SD card.

If you go into safe strap, create an empty slot without flashing anything (leave it empty). Boot back into stock and you will see the 8gb is now less in size.

Very welcome. Make sure your themes and JB 4.2.2. Compatible before installing Root only Themes.

I was looking for CyanogenMod 10 themes... So does this mean that even if it's a CyanogenMod based theme, it still might not be compatible with JB 4.2.2? Im fine with that, I just wanna make sure I know what to look out for.

Also, I wanted to ask about the nightly build download and flash process. I just now realized that Im gonna need to keep up with updates. SO I went into CyanogenMod Downloader and checked for new Nightly Build. There was one. Should I assume that its true to it's name, and that there will be one every night? Once one is found Do I treat it like the original Nightly build I used to install Cyanogen to slot-1 as in download it > boot to recover > delete slot > create slot > Flash new nightly > wipe > flash Gapps > Reboot > and then reapply all my settings like a fresh install?

Installing Nightly...DONT DELETE ROM SLOT!!!!!

1-Just flash the new nightly in ROM Slot-1....
2-Wipe cache/dalvak
3-Flash Gapps
4-Reboot..
That's all....No More..your apps will still be there!

Last night I tried to dock my phone, but it wouldn't go into dock mode. I can't even find any dock modes (like bedside, home, office, or car) I did some searching and from what it sounds like, Google either left out something or made a mistake on 4.2.2...
The posts and threads I have seen on this seem to be saying the issue is more specific toward the Galaxy S and the Nexus... But is this why my phone won't go into dock mode? it'd be really disappointing if google got rid of that, its such an incredibly awesome feature.

I dont use dock modes...but it seems its not in Jelly Bean.. Look in Playstore..may have Apps that may fit that bill..

Thanks for this stock factory flash. It worked BUT and I NEED SOMEONE TO VERIFY:

The new JB update doesn't install. Are files missing from the original factory flash? All I did was flash and NOT changed or added anything, uninstalled SS recovery and tried to install new JB update in Stock recover and it fails.
