Stealth Icon Pack on S23 Ultra

Downloaded a 3rd-party icon pack (Stealth_5.1.1.apk) from the web (NOT Google Play Store). Can I install this icon pack on my S23 Ultra using Good Lock Theme Park? When I bring up the icon tab in Theme Park and tap Create New and then IconPack at the top, Theme Park doesn't "see" the downloaded Stealth_5.5.1.apk icon pack. It is in the Pictures folder. Do I have to move it to a specific folder?

I believe you need to install the APK after the download before using theme park
