10.29 MIUI release - Closed Beta

I am currently not running miui because I can't stand the icons. Reminds me to much of the iphone. It would be amazing if it had stock icons. If there were stock icons,i would totally be running it. Other than that, I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

While these icons don't bother me too much, stock would be nice.

I like stock icons as much as the next fellow, but the one thing that I don't like about stock icons is that they are not uniform to each other. Some of the stock icons for apps are great, but others leave me wanting to slap the Dev in the face for, what appears to be, letting a 4 year old draw the icon in MS paint...

I like how this takes all icons and makes them uniform, following one style. This is the first rom in a long time that I haven't felt the desire to set up any icon packs.

I agree with u on this. The only reason I'm not running this right now is because it makes my phone run EXTREMELY hot! Is that just the kernel? So I'm not running atm because I switch almost everyday from UD Evo theme to this. But this ROM is BEAUTIFUL! Aesthetically pwns! I just wish it had more themes but that's ok. Getting ready to restore my blue steel backup now ...

May be the kernel...usually the culprit when running hot. Themes gotta be tough for this..it seems to update ever week..maybe when it gets a bit more stable in the future we'll see more

Try uninstalling SetCPU if you are using it, should help with the temps as this ROM does well handling CPU clocking on its own.

I had to switch away for a bit because I couldn't convince my phone to ring for anyone not on my favorite contacts list. I keep checking back, though, maybe if I skip a couple of releases it'll work again! I miss my MIUI.
