[11/25/10][Release] D1-MIUI 0.11.19-v1.3

Think i should have stayed on v1.2. Since flashing v1.3 even with 4 wipes im still having issues. The regular music app is gone, which renders the lockscreen music controls useless as they rely on that app. Also i think this did this before but, the native mms app's message popup shows the time wrong. Its off by about 5 hours. Its the only part that the time is wrong. I even checked Date & Time settings to be sure.

would anyone know how I could change the boot animation on this rom?

Very easy. Delete the current one, its under /system/media/bootanimation

Then find the one you want and drop it in /data/local or back into /system/media and reboot. Just make sure its named bootanimation

i actually took the boot animation from /system/media and put it on /data/local to save space so TICTACTULAR remove the one from /data/local/ and put your new one there:)

So I updated from 1.2 to 1.3 and it still says it's version 1.2 in Settings/System/About Phone. I flashed twice, is it just not updating the model number or what?

If you use root explorer. Find the v1.2 that you downloaded. Go to system/app and find music.apk. Long press and extract it. The go to your sdcard then find the extracted folder. click on the music.apk and it will install the music player from the previous build. It was taken out in v1.3 to save space in system.
