they made update available for everybody (if you have unbranded device, you will probably get update today, or tomorrow)
but if you have branded device it is up to operaters how long they will be testing this update - and when they think that it is ready, moto will allow this users to update device....
so I don't think that rollout date is broken (as I have said, motorola has made it's part of business in this update)
and comon...
ONLY we (milestone users) are getting this updates very quick
just look at other android devices, and how many are still running 1.5 or 1.6....
