6-14 [ROM] Froyo Kangerade V1.0 *Blazing fast, 7 Theme options, many extras*

I flashed Froyo Kangerade yesterday and have been very happy. Great ROM.

Couple issues.

1. I've been unable to flash the goodies file. I see on my sd card, but when i go to flash it in recovery (cw) it doesn't show.

2. The previous issue was yesterday, so this morning I dl'd the googies file from jrummy's mirror he posted. Powered down. Held "X" and power...and...NOTHING. Just get the motorola "M". If i release X it eventually just boots up, but NO recovery.

I did wipe when coming to this rom. Any suggestions as to what my issues might be are very greatly appreciated.

Great work on the ROM Jrummy and all others that assisted.

*EDIT* Just tried booting into recovery from inside ROM Manager and that doesn't work either. Reboots, shows "M" then eventually just reboots and turns on.

sounds like the rom manager problem people were having... I had the same thing happen to me.. what I did was I went into rom manager flashed sp recovery then flashed clockwork recovery... I then repeated two more times ... I was then able to boot into clockwork recovery...

Just Uninstall and Re-Install ROM Manager and ClockworkMod Recovery will work again. Easy as that.

I'm not sure if this is a silly question; I've had my Droid since the day it hit stores but only jumped into the world of root and ROMs just last week.

Just flashed your ROM via Clockwork and am absolutely thrilled except for one thing: the fonts. I've always been more of a minimalist when it comes to my Droid, but the blue theme and speed of your ROM is impressive.

Is there a quick and easy way to change the font to something a little closer to the default? I'm just not a fan of the current text style and find it hard to read / type on the web.

Having the same exact problem too

hmm. I'm not having this issue and wish I had more time to look at small bugs like this. Also, I listen to pandora all day at work and I haven't noticed a difference.

Same here and for another guy at work. I ran the first leaked 2.2 with no problem. Then switched to Bugless Beast with no problems. Then JRummy and I get the error. I reinstalled and still got it. I then wiped every single partition twice and reinstalled again - still not working. Kind of a deal breaker so I'll have to go back to Bugless Beast. Too bad, this one sounded decent. I am on the latest stable baseband C_01.43.01P, but I have to imagine everyone else is too.

I'm using the Pink theme and I added the "goodies" and my camera won't work, it just shows a black screen. also sometimes menus and other apps close right after I open them, without the FC popup, like the drawer will just close on its own a second after i pull it out.

check out rom manager from the market.. and go through my customizer... or download the goodies and for the stock font it is (in terminal)..

Didn't think of that. I installed Strawberry. I'm going to try another overtop to see....

Just noticed that the first selection in the OP actually downloads the blue with clock, not white. Click on it to dL and you will see what I mean...

Also will your customizer work with this rom? What does it do? This is my first rom from you. Just let me say that first impression is AWESOME!!!!
