I have wiped data and cache and downloaded the Ver 1.1 from the link at the very begining and when I look at the version in settings / about phone and it says Ver1.0 Am I doing something wrong?

Just noticed that so does mine?

I cannot find music on this rom. I went to Kangerade scripts, enabled Elliot Stocker's music, and can't find music anywhere. What's up?

This is an issue that I asked about back in the thread and never got a response. When I first loaded the ROM I did the script for the new modded music app. Then my music player vanished all together. Tried the script to get the stock app back, rebooted and even that did not show anymore. Tried adb push the file located in the system file of the update.zip that was placed there for the modded music app and again nothing. Had to re-install update.zip all together to get the stock music app back and until I can figure out the issue with the modded one I am not changing it for fear of no music again.

On another note though the 3D music app from the goodies worked fine.

Anyone have a working stock modded music app that they can share so I can push to the phone??

Jrummy actually responded and said he may have borked the script and would work on a fix, though with froyo source being released he may be a bit busy lol

Actually, looking through root explorer, the app is replaced, just the permissions are incorrect. I just set them to:

in root explorer, rebooted, and worked fine.

I would try that it root explorer worked it keeps saying that it needs perm and to close and reopen it and when i do it does the same thing? So far this seems like a rushed ROM that still needs work,,back to BB for me

ok, without fail, EVERYTIME in update.zip a kernel i have drama with my droid. i have kangerade cyan, and i've used p3s and chevys, its worked better with chevys, but theres always a ton of FCs after and phone freezes alot. and I just update.zipped at ulv 1.1ghz chevy and i got stuck on the motorola boot menu. Is there a certain kernel that i'm not using that i should?
