A.I.type - the new standard for keyboards on smartphones

T'shalem esrim shekel, ya kamtzan! :)

And in English for everybody - sorry, the Market doesn't let us give our friends discounts on the Plus version... Sorry...

20 Shekeles... haven't you heard the US is in recession ?:p
If it writes hebrew and it beats Swiftkey in the predictions its well worth it !

I switched some months ago. I had been using Swiftkey, but they removed the ability to disable auto-capitalization. A lot of what I type is odd-case, so it was a very big deal for me. I don't mind apps suggesting changes, but I despise apps that change things on their own. I purchased A.I.type, which lets me disable all auto-correction features, and haven't looked back since.

My suggestion is to do what Swiftkey did to get such a big userbase...

1) If you had the free version in beta you didn't have to pay.

2) Make it the free app of the day on Amazon.

I didn't pay for Swiftkey - However I would have since it works so well.

By the way even though I didn't like AI because of too many small suggestions I did not uninstall it - figured you would keep working on it.

Let me know when you allow for fewer choices in larger type. Also if you can improve the keyboard that would be great.

I really like the punctuation showing up at the top after each word like it does on stock keyboard. A.I. Type doesn't seem to have that as an option, unfortunately. :(
That said, the correction is awesome.

Punctuation does show up occasionally. Just not all the time. However, A.I.type will learn which words you use punctuation after and then they'll start showing up in the predictions consistently.

I used Swiftkey and Swiftkey X on my Droid and Droid Bionic for a long long time. I never paid for it because of the beta. However, the ICS keyboard has been so good, I haven't even installed it on the Nexus yet. All that being said, I'll give this a test run.

A.I. keyboard is awesome been using it since it came out way better then any keyboard i used

It seems to display a comma, but I don't think I've seen it offer anything else.

You are right. We predict commas but not other punctuation symbols at the moment. We will add that capability in the near future.

Meanwhile, in the next coming version, we will allow you to get standard punctuation symbols instead of next word prediction. in other words, after you hit space, you'll get dot, comma, question mark, exclamation mark etc. in the suggestions, instead of us guessing the next word. Some people like this behavior.

How well does this work in landscape? Does it have the lag the native keyboard has once you have a sentence or two?

We never use your data, learn it, share it or anything like that. But you can turn off Cloud-based prediction and never think about it again. Prediction will still be good. Noam Rotem A..type
i didn't realize that the cloud-based prediction could be disabled, thanks for the clarification
