anyone with leak get ota ics??

Yeah it seems If you have a leak than no ota:-( . Is there any way to revert back to stock If you never rooted or unlocked and only downloaded a leak?

Honestly I don't know. If the ota is a lot better than the .5 leak I'll just download it later. Now that it's out i'm sure we'll be able to get it. If not I'll just root.

I have had all sorts of problems with the 10 leak so I hope 12 is better for me. Lots of crashing programs horrible blue tooth drops and bad battery life. If I need to got back to stock then update again I may

Yes indeed, that is what I did yesterday. scroll up where I wrote about it.

From what I've read you need to be locked. if s-off like me. locked doesn't matter. I also have the stock hboot and recovery installed.

The ruu zip file will wipe data, so you'll need to reinstall apps and set things up again. you will also lose anything you stored on internal ad.

That's good to know. I'll give it until the end of the weekend and see what happens. Looks like either way we'll be able to have .12 on our phones.

I'm not on the leak but I got the OTA ICS this morning. I was able to pull it by checking for the update via settings. It's running smooth. Also, the update doesn't wipe your data.

OTA refers to the over the air updates. Usually you will not be able to get the official ota's if you are running a leaked version and definitely not if you are rooted. For us with the razr .215 not rooted, we are supposed to be able to get the next ota but we really won't know for certain until that time comes.

So Jeff... Is there ANY difference between the leak & OTA... Seems since the leak, I have had a few problems with my 4g/LTE going in and out...

It depends on which leak.

The last leak (ending in .12) should be identical to OTA.

All the others will be slightly different. There were at least 4 that I know of (ending in .5, .7, .10, and .12). I have the .5 installed on mine, and it seems pretty bug free. I have had no radio or system related issues.
