In order to answer your question we'd have to know what version it is. That file name is just the generic name of any update you flash. All of them would have to be renamed to that file name for you to flash them.

Yeah, 10 will be different from the OTA. Probably not by a lot, but enough to matter.

The only reason to roll back is if you want to go back to complete stock. You can install the RUU (manual) version of the OTA over whatever you currently have.

XDA has confirmed that the .12 RUU (manual) update will put you back to stock...you should receive OTAs in the future normally.

XDA confirmed that there are no radio changes between .10 and .12. Just minor bug fixes.

How is it that people that got the OTA got a 300MB download but the AP link for the ruu download is 600MB and they are supposed to be identical?

Mirror #1 is working for me. I am downloading it right now.

I am not going to install it. I just want to maintain a copy in case I decide to use it later.
