App sends vibes to friends to talk in code!

Does anyone know of an application that would allow you to send short vibrations to friends that would allow you to talk in code? By SMS, Bluetooth or WiFi, it doesn't matter. This would be great for multiple choice tests!

I don't know of an app, but have you ever heard of this thing called studying? It's kind of old fashioned but you can really learn something that way. Not only that you won't have a forum full of people calling you a cheat.

Call me crazy, I know but I'd like to think that the next doctor or scientist in this world actually became one without using an app on a Droid.
