Apps won't install from market...always fail.

I have the same problem using 2 different SD cards with Jrummy & BB. The only consistent fix I have found is to unplug and reseat the SD card. This seems to work everytime foe at least as long as it takes to reinstall all my apps.

I have the same problem. While I'm not running Saphire, I think we have the same problem. I cannot even install apps from the .apk file. It's the Package Installer that is the problem. Do you know where I can get just a copy of the Package Installer and tell me where it should be located exactly?

I rewiped everything again and did ANOTHER fresh install. This time, I didn't do the market fix at all. All I applied was the gapps fix. Even before I applied this fix, the market was FCing. I can still install things, but it FCs all the time. I don't know what else to try honestly.

Have you tried using the market prior to putting on theme and prior to restoring backups?

And by wiping everything, you mean using Wipe Data/Cache in recovery? (Pushing it at least twice)
