ascending volume on ringer

Did it come with lollipop? I thought the usually has updated waiting...?

But old Turbo has the same version numbers across the board. Maybe it has something to do with these older models we've heard about? Anyone with a 6 month old Turbo have that 'older' menu?

since the lollipop update, even with my ringer volume at the loudest, when someone calls, it is really low and then eventually becomes louder. it never did this before the update.

how can i make it so the volume of the ringer is constant?

i thought maybe there was a setting that i need to check / uncheck but didn't find one.

Yes on KitKat the ringer started loud and ended loud. On Lollipop, there is an ascending volume ringtone.

The good news is, there is an app on Play specifically to fix this and it works great. I used it on my S4.
The bad news is, I don,t remember what it's called...
