I also own Titanium but to support my endless rom flashing habit I much prefer Appextractor. You make regular backups with Clockwork and Appextractor to pull out or restore whatever you want. You can extract whatever you want from any of your backups.

Its worth a look.

Ok I am unlocked and rooted one question in my back up should I have saved everything to SD or to online servers?
