Question... I've had some success changing aspects of my phone. Colored swype. New boot ani and logo.etc... However when using metamorph any change that requires editing the framework.res doesn't take (battery icon, colored market, etc) this was never a problem before I went to CM.

Also.. Where are my sounds?! I miss the "droooiiid" notification and rolling ringtone....

Clockwork 2nd-int

Ok quick question here.. I realized how many backups I have. I remember that on the old clockwork if you renamed the nandroid backup it would not restore properly. Does that problem still exists in the 2nd-int?

I'm on nightlight 4 of CM7 and I flashed the 2nd-Init from ROM manager (v4.0.0.5). And now when I tell the phone to reboot into Recovery it just sits at the Moto Logo, and I have to pull the battery. Any ideas on how to fix CWR?

You can try to flash it again through ROM Manager. Maybe it just glitched.

Charging

Did anyone else noticed, and not complaining, that you cant charge and have the off? Like how it used to just show the picture of the battery and percent.

Will they be adding that back in? because I know it doesnt charge as fast when it HAS to be on.

Yeah tried that many times - ended up just giving up and SBF'd back to 340 and flashing CM again. Went to RC0 and then updated CWR to v4.x.x.x - had to flash it and then fix permission to get it to work. Then I updated to nightly 4 and it seems to be working find now.

Woke up this afternoon and location based GPS is working(????). YouTube still isn't working. Not sure what changed. I just now flashed the 5th build.
