Bionic or Stay with TB?

Im getting a Bionic as soon as possible. Ive had the TB for nearly 4 months and the phone is lackluster. It's last gen tech with a 4G radio, horrendous battery life and poor support.

As far as the bootloader goes, I dont care of the Bionic is locked down since I dont care for ROMs and all that. As far as blur goes, I never understand the crying about it. I had a Droid X before and the user interface was fine. It was basically the same as the TB. Sure the camera, gallery, etc were a little different, but it was pretty much the same.

Last gen tech lol yea we all see how great the x2 is with its duel core greatness..come on bro

Yea I have and there not impressive and the atrix is junk... and the duel core is worthless nothing even takes advantage of even having duel core I would put a stock tb vs a atrix anyday and the tb would come out on top hands down..

Yea I have and there not impressive and the atrix is junk... and the duel core is worthless nothing even takes advantage of even having duel core I would put a stock tb vs a atrix anyday and the tb would come out on top hands down..

The Atrix was shown to perform better than the Sensation in day to day use.
The Sensation blows away the TB in terms of speed.

So how does the single core TB hands down beat the Dual Core Atrix?

And dual core is not worthless. For example, I cannot play many N64 games on my DX. But on my XOOM, all of them run like it was on a console.

I am not saying the TB is bad, (though mine had SEVERAL issues) but its nowhere near faster than those other dual core phones.

Nice job comparing the dx to a xoom... Tb scrolls through the UI better and faster than the atrix its faster web browsing better rear camera better front camera.. other than that there is not much difference in my book. Wow it gets a higher quad score big deal that means nothing and if that's what u base buying ur phones on... Ur at the wrong site.

I am comparing single core to dual core, not DX to XOOM....
Do you own an Atrix? Because my bros atrix beat my old TB in just about everything.

I used to be like you. Defending my phone saying that the latest and greatest stuff don't matter. But dual core in fact is a big difference. Whether you want it is another thing...

Dual core beats single core by...well it doubles it.

And the Atrix has a fricken fingerprint scanner, thats enough to own every phone out there lol.

Therefore, Id say go for the Bionic.

Yes last gen tech.. a little over a year ago I had a smartphone with 1ghz processor and 4.3" screen
Also the x2 is a pretty sweet device.. my buddy has an atrix and that thing screams.. so yes "duel" core is the real deal, bro

The Atrix is a much better phone. Saying its junk might make you think so, but it blows away the TB for sure.

I havnt had any of thoes with my tb.. and I gave u reasons why I don't think its all that great of a phone in my other post.. and another reason I don't like the phone is because of the network its on is one of the worst in my area... So unlike you I have stated my reasons..all u said was a xoom will play n64 games and a dx won't sooooo maybe we should get back on topic I think we all made our point.

The atrix is a better phone. My girlfriend has it. I have a tb. A tb that works really well.

Don't hate for no reason...especially when that product is great. It's one thing to say the tb is better, and another thing to say the atrix is junk.

Dude that phone has an hdmi cable...I didn't think it was a necessity but when my girlfriend connected it to my tv my jaw dropped...looked way better than the one from my dx.

We scrolled through pages hers was way smoother. The phone opened everything in an instant. The only thing better on my phone is the camera and the network. The bionic is going to be a beast, a better phone than the tb.

And ye dual core phones work way better for gaming, and save more battery. Not to mention the screen on the bionic will look better

Thats not a problem with the phone, thats the network...
I was showing that a dual core processor can handle MUCH more than a single core.

My buddy got his Atrix the same day I got my TB. We used them back to back and while the TB is fast and snappy, the Atrix absolutely flies. Ive never used a phone that was so responsive. On top of that, it's super lightweight, the screen resolution is awesome, and the battery lasts forever. My friends was easily goin on 30 hours with one charge.

I had the extended battery on my TB and the weight difference between the phones was ridiculous. My phone actually weighed my pants down, while his was a light as a snickers bar.

Like the guy said though, the Atrix is somewhat gimped by being on ATTs network. An Atrix with LTE would absolutely smash the TB. That's why I cant wait for the Bionic.
