Both are installed from Recovery. You need to be rooted. If using clockworkmod recovery, you can install them as they are named, GingerbreadLatinIME.zip first, then DarksideBlkGingerKBrev2.zip to skin it. If using SPRecovery, you need to rename them to update.zip, and place them in the root of your SD Card.

I installed this in UD 2.5 and now I don't have ANY keyboard? What went wrong? I used clockwork recovery to install but in the settings there isn't a keyboard installed now?

Did you install the Gingerbread zip FIRST? This works on UD 2.5, I did it yesterday morning, but you have to flash the gingerbread zip first...

I think I screwed up. I was in recovery and installed gingerbread but I didn't reboot...I just installed the theme next...so I reinstalled the gingerbread keyboard and rebooted. I still have to install the theme...but the keyboard is now working!

It is not installing correctly on apex 1.3.1. (Droid X) I keep getting installation aborted in clockwork mod. Already have GB keyboard installed, even tried reinstalling it...and mounted my system in clockwork mod. Any suggestions?

This was done for the OG Droid, so I am not completely sure this will work on the X......

Yeah, that is a known problem for it, look around for a thread about it, it has to do with the screen density... it can be fixed but from what I read you need to download an app from the market.....

The Icons are from a couple different themes, none of which are from the theme i'm actually using... except the alarm clock, but that's my version too. The Actual theme is TruBlue from Mbk, with his TruBlue Market, and ecsneads Themed Gingerbread keyboard.

I can put them into a MetaMorph for you. You want the whole row? Bluetooth, 3G, Signal, Battery and Alarm clock? PM me what you want so we don't go off topic in this thread.
