bluetooth not turning on

Yeah I'm afraid of that
I don't wanna turn my phone in though because its got the bubbled keyboard and metal bezel around the keyboard. Maybe ill see if they will send me a phone and just swap the mobo that has bluetooth on it. And then send them back the replacement.
