Bluetooth not working, in call feeback

All of a sudden, I could hear my bluetooth pair with the phone, but when I tried to make or receive a call on it I could hear nothing. I have tried to reset the bluetooth and also turn mute off and on...Ever since then anyone I talk to complains that there is a ton of feedback and they can hear themselves tallk and also me scratching the phone....HELP!!! is the a microphone volume to turn down? I have tried a few things and nothing works plus my bluetooth no longer works....any suggestions are great! PLEASE HELP!!

Your problem is exactly the same as mine....but I haven't figure it out yet...

Come to think of it I called my wife the other day on my Blue Ant Q1 and she could hear me fine but I could barely, and I do mean barely hear her.

I'll have to test this again.

Hook! Thanks for sharing your experience. I guess I have the same issue as you have with your bluetooth device. I can barely hear voice on the phone, but the thing is that I can listen to music with no problem. So weird.
