Nope since your on 621/604 you can't go back to any earlier versions (just like the previous link i gave you explains). You can only use rsdlite to sbf to 621 or do the milestoneX 604 sbf using kds iso method which you did earlier.

do you use that cm7 rom? is is stable or buggy? this is for my dads phone

im running aokp milestone 6 on my lte gnex so im used to no frills

CM7 is solid, DSP Manager is a little buggy on all the Moto devices but you can just uninstall it.

Also, AOKP has a ton of frills!

and i just flashed the sbf on linux with that dvd i burned. v604.

what do i do?! i downloaded this ISO which flashed the sbf

This is a special image. It is used for those that have taken the 4.5.621 OTA update and have lost root. This image uses the nTelos Milestone X 4.5.604 sbf file. This results in a non-Verizon system but you are able to use ZergRush (included) to root. Only use this file if you are on 4.5.621 or already on 4.5.604.

That kds mx 4.5.604 iso has the Zergrush root method built into the file so you should of been able to use that to get yourself rooted after the sbf was done.

I said it earlier that you can only sbf using the milestoneX 4. 5.604 iso which should be at the bottom of the list. Don't bother trying anything else because it won't work.

Once your on or have been on 621/604 you can't go back to 602 or 605 or anything else for that matter so you won't be using d3 one click root you'll just use Zergrush to root instead. And zergrush is built into that MX 4.5.604 iso so you'll be good to go.

makes sense!!!! i've seen the light. im rooted with CWM and flashing CM now1!!

only motorola can make things so difficult, why i love my GNex...

anyways my dad should be happy with CM, his first custom rom. thanks guys!!!
