Yes, its true, it has been cracked. It's still a hassle because by what it sounds, you have to basically use a custom signed SBF file and then use RSDlite. That is what I have read tweeted online by other developers. Look for me to be pushing a new ROM from DX soon.

That don't sound too bad...I'd rather use RSDlite than use ADB anyday.

Looks like he already had to take it down because of a S&D from Motorola lol. Hope the right people already snagged what they need so that we can all benefit from this.

Well, if this turns out to be the "real deal", then kudos to William Pitcock (nenolod), he has done what they said couldnt be done...theoretically anyway.

Now, if this does pan out, and Devs are able to push fully custom kernels, reckon what Devs might jump back on the DX and start pushing full on ROMs...man it could get very interesting in DX Land in the next few weeks or months....
