Deosn't work for me. I along with many others are having an issue where it doesn't have a device associated with the account yet shows all the apps that you downloaded or purchased. This goes for stock devices as well as rooted/ROM'd and custom kernels. There is a support thread started on google's support page but there has been no resolution as of yet.
